Degradation Products and Impurities of Paracetamol from Viewpoint of Analytical Detection

Abstrakt

A review on impurities and basic degradation products of paracetamol and their evaluation is presented. A wide variety of separation and non-separation methods are available for the purpose, such as derivatisation colorimetric, HPLC and FIA methods. The methods are compared with those used in pharmacopoeias.
