Abstrakt

The aim of the review is to draw attention to basic aspects of the present state and trends in development of main types of explosives and energy polymers. Some basic terms in the theory of explosion are interpreted. The present states of education, research and technologies of explosives in the Czech and Slovak Republics are characterized.
