Abstract

A simple method was developed for measuring tha paracetamol concentration in human serum by reversed-phase HPLC. The suggested method is sufficiently precise, sensitive, and selective. The time of proper analysis does not exceed 15 min. The linear response of the detector has been proved for the range of 1-80 mg.l-1 paracetamol.
